In 2008, Prudence and Maryleigh performed a major work by Schoenberg at the inaugural Conference of Accompanists and Associate Artists in Adelaide. Engagements in 2009 included full length recitals in Sydney and Adelaide (to raise funds for the Adelaide Eisteddfod Society) entitled Reflections of Nancy Thomas, featuring the repertoire of the celebrated English contralto. The programs included Dvorak’s famous Gypsy Songs, Op. 55, performed in a new English version devised by Prudence. On August 1st, 2010, we presented the recital, Worship the Lord in the Beauty of Holiness at St John’s Uniting Church, including songs by Handel, Beethoven, Brahms, Barber and Burleigh. In 2011 we are presenting two recitals, Robert, Clara & Johannes—Love & Friendship, in June, and Sweeter than Roses in September.
